This is a ruling which would be thrown out by a higher court.
It is argued that Mayorga is being promoted not as an MMA fighter, but as a boxer, in MMA. Bull**** claim.
Also, you may notice that the fight is in N.C., but the court in question here is in Florida.
Shine says they'll ignore this ruling, and rightfully so. They shouldn't allow themselves to be intimidated by a corrupt ruling which has no valid legal grounds.Comment
