Has your respect for Shane Mosley increased?

Has your respect for Shane Mosley improved after the loss to Mayweather?

Shane's a genuinely nice guy who really wanted to fight the best.He was willing to compromise a lot in trying to fight Manny and he fought Mayweather. He went out of his way to make the fight happen and he gave Winky Wright a chance when no one wanted Winky.I think he really deserves massive respect.I'm a big Mayweather fan but I really have great respect for Shane Mosley. He has done a lot for boxing and when he retires it will be an end of an era.

I really hope Shane gets out of his house and give a few interviews. It will really be good to see how he is doing as a person, how he feels after reflecting on his fight with Mayweather.Personally I dont think he has anything to prove, after Mayweather I dont really see any reason Shane should fight. It will be good enough to see Shane at Golden Boy events as a partner. He's a real future hall of famer.

So how do you feel about Shane?

Agree with everything you said. Shane is one of those who isn't scared to face the best of the best. I wish him good luck in the future and hope he is uses his wealth wisely.

Nothing changed. Shane lost to a great fighter. No reason to think more or less of him.

Shane is the man. I hope he retires, but I doubt he will. The only thing that bothers me are couple of business choices he did in the past.

He is still my favorite fighter

I have always liked Shane. The way he beat up Margarito after just finalising his divorce is amazing. How he could keep it together when being wiped out by a gold digger shows he has character.
He was always up against it with Mayweather. floyd upped his game for him and put on a terrific performance. despite his age he could give Manny plenty to think about.
If Manny fights Floyd I expect Mayweather to put on a clinic and against that performance we will look back and realise Moseley did quite well.

Been a fan and will always be. Never lost anything.

I just hope he fights one more time and win it to have a fitting closure in his storied career!

Ive always liked and respected Shane. It took a little U-turn for awhile after the balco scandal, but overall he is a very decent guy and one hell of a fighter.

Its the same as cotto's loss in my eyes,

a great warrior lost to a better fighter....

Still view them as 2 of the best fighters ive seen in recent years
