I love Cotto, but to be honest he was already slow and prodding at 147 I can only imagine how slow and prodding he will bet at 154.

But the fighters at welterweight are alot faster than those at jr middle.

If he only loses a little speed it shouldnt be detrimental to him at his new weight class. Actually i think Cotto has underated speed even at welter.
