who's the more formidable?pacquiao or mayweather?

both of them knocked ricky out.. and beat their last opponents with tremendous skills. but opponents beaten by pacquiao seems more bad then floyd's.. i'm not a ******* but I think pacquiao is definitely more formidable for other fighters than mayweather
