He's also very respectful and cares about his fighters. When Jermain Taylor lost to Arthur Abraham he said Jermain needed some time off and made sure he didnt continue fighting. And he had been promoting Jermain since he came through the ranks his whole career. So that would have been a tough decision for him to make. It shows the guy cares

Something you don't get with some promoters such as Bob Arum for example. Arum defended Margarito veermently when he was caught with loaded gloves and has been trying to get him back into boxing ever since. Despite that he possibly and proberbly destroyed/derailed the careers of many exciting fighters such as Miguel Cotto and Kermit Cintron most notably. Most people iv'e heard think that Arum is a disgrace for bringing back Margarito but he showed he didnt care and just brought him back to make more money.
