      NOw thats feedback..

Thanks for sharing and makin a good point and perspective.

So what youre saying is that Shane's mental state and bodylanguage made him look more tired than he actually would or should have been at that point??

maybe i could actually go with that

Did i say anything negative about Floyd?

I have plenty of positive things to say about Floyd. here's an example from earlier today:

Floyd didn't run, potshot and dominated after being rocked in the 2nd round. More of that = less haters

Yes , mentally Shane was beaten from the get go especially after his big run in the 2nd was over and had no effect , he said he was tight and tense thats mind stuff , Floyd owned him in a beat down and Shane didnt know what to do with Floyd so his body just fell in a hole . people underestimate mental domination and its effects on the body .

It doesn't matter how many years you have been fighting 12 rounders, when you get older your stamina diminishes. Obviously Roy doesn't have half the stamina he used to have, he never even got winded before. Now it's a different story, he has to take breaks every round. Shane is 38 years old and doesn't have the stamina he had 3 years ago. Regardless, it was an amazing performance by Mayweather.

please don't use roy as an example....roy doesn't "take breaks" b/c he's tired, roy takes breaks b/c he's afraid of being hit.

while i'm not going to say shane's age had NO affect on his performance, i will say, it wasn't a big enough factor to excuse his performance, as it is being used here.

fact is, watch shane's fights...he always looks gassed out mid-fight, then gets a "second wind" towards the latter stages of the bout. mayweather even pointed out the fact that shane "gases out" in an interview following the weigh-in.

bottom line is, he definitely WASN'T tired after only 2 rounds....he hurt mayweather, and decided to hold back, load up, and look for an opening to land a KO shot. if dudes go back and watch the fight, you can hear naazim tell shane to fight, and quit "looking for the perfect shot, there is none." but that's what he did, and while he was doing so, he was taking shots from mayweather. by round 5, the fight was over, but it wasn't b/c shane was tired. it was b/c the dude only fights ONE way, and when he hurts you, he expects to finish you. if he can't, he can't make any adjustments, and for an opponent as smart as mayweather, once you figure out what shane is trying to do, he is realtively easy to beat. and floyd made it look that way. enough with the excuses already.

Mosley was puffing and blowing after the first couple of rounds.

He didn't gas out, just got confused and was tight in there and didn't know what and when to throw.
