    BoxingScene.com has learned that junior welterweight contender Frankie "El Gato" Figueroa injured his rib while training for Ruslan Provodnov, which has forced him to pull out of their upcoming fight.               Really... is this news worthy? The last two times I've heard of this kid we was getting KTFO in ESPN and kickout of Cotto's camp......
