Serious discussion: Should fighters be fined for fan behaviour?

Serious discussion please. no hating, no racism, no swearing or cursing.

I just want to know what your views on on fighters who's fans & entourages cause problems that put others lives in harms way. Should the fighter and/or his promoter be fined by the santioning bodies for this behaviour?

    My arguments for:

    1) Safety of the fighters

    2) Integrity of the sport I love

    3) the projection it sends to non boxing fans of the sport.

Any for or against and what are your views?

No, the fighter can't help what his fans or entourage are doing.

Entourage and fans are two different things.

Fighters can't control what a crazy fan does.

No, all that does is hype up the fight.

Should fans be banned from watching boxing for being racist and prejudice.

They could certainly control their entourages.

And their fans they could speak to and encourage to be better behaved.

I agree fan excitement is a huge factor in what makes a fight exciting but for me there's a line between fan exuberance and unforgiveable behaviour.

Lets try to keep it civil guys (wtf am i talking about, this is BS)
But in all fairness OP, i know your referring to the Khan-Mallinaggi weigh in. To be honest, we really don't know who started it. But, i can say that The fighters are the ones to blame, not the fans. And to point out something from before, i don't think it was any fan that pulled that ****e. It was both fighters entourages that did that ruckus. If anything the Fans were probably more excited to see this.

They have enough to worry about(the guy trying to injure him) without being slapped with fines due to the actions of others which they have no control over whatsoever.
