As I said BEFORE, Manny NOW wants NSAC testing. So, no it hasn't stayed the same. Manny didn't ALWAYS want NSAC testing, if he did he would have NEVER agreed to the OST in the first place. He would have stood on the NSAC testing from Jump Street.

Arum meeting Jones and reserving Dallas stadium and Manny refusing the 14 day's had me blaming Manny's camp for the fight not happening. like I said post something more recent and lets see whats the general opinion for the fight not happening I bet people will blame Manny and Arum now
