People to this day haven't smartened up to the fact that people will blame Mayweather for this fight not happening. Whether that is fair or not is another discussion for another day. This is why I laugh at Floyd fans when they say "The general public think Pac is the reason this fight didn't" or "The general public thinks Pac is ducking Floyd".
