Your intuition is pretty **** on, all my friends are white, but there is a underlying racist attitude in the UK...big time! I have lived in california as a kid and its not nearly as much of a big deal in that part of the US. You guys are streets ahead of Britain and Europe in terms of racist attitudes. We support boxers of all kinds of creeds and colors. Look at Manny, or Floyd, or Cotto, JMM, etc. None of them are white and they get more support here in the States then say a Klitshko or a Pavlik.
