People are describing All kind of different ways they consider Great Offense
First break down how do you define great offense. Cause for example if you consider versatility being a huge key for you, then Mayweather is Amazing at that, being able to offensively fight In many ways. On this back foot, Going forward, fighting Inside, fighting in a box body to body, etc...

Manny's last two opponents
Manny VS Cotto: Total punches landed/thrown
Manny: 336/780 43%
Cotto: 172/597 29%
Manny VS Clottey
Manny: 246/1231 20%
Clottey: 108/399 27%
Total punches landed/thrown overall in two fights:
Manny: 582 landed/ 2011 thrown 29%
Opponents: 280 landed/ 996 thrown 28%
Floyd's last two opponents
Floyd VS Marquez: Total punches landed/thrown
Floyd: 290/493 59%
Marquez: 69/583 12%
Floyd VS Mosley
Floyd: 208/477 44%
Mosley: 92/452 20%
Total punches landed/thrown overall in two fights:
Floyd: 498 landed/970 thrown 51%
Opponents: 161 landed/ 1035 thrown 16%
As you can see, Floyd is way more accurate, but Pacquiao punching combination is something you can't teach..Just like Floyd, he throw his one punch with power and speed..He's definitely the better offensive fighter, but he's not as accurate as Floyd.

When the attacking fighter starts getting whacked everytime he throws a punch, he stops throwing, by the end of the fight Floyd is on the offensive, albeit not high volume. See Mayweather vs Mosley for a perfect demonstration.
prove it with stats, with facts
