There is a video floating around with Floyd Mayweather Sr saying "my honest opinion", then he goes on to say why he thinks Manny Pacquiao is on enhancements. Floyd Mayweather Sr as well as Jr never came and said "Manny is on drugs". Floyd had a gut feeling and voiced his opinion and behind his gut feeling he issued random testing and Manny failed to test. I honestly thought that when Floyd requested random testing that Manny would agree and the fight would be made. Never did i think the fight would fall through and fans would suffer a full year later.

he may not have directly but he might as well have came out and said it. unless im badly mistaken he has never made anyother fighters that he has fought do olympic style drug testing. He even said after the shane fight ( who has had a steroid problem in the past ) that he wants to be on an "even playing field". Now why would he push this against manny if he didnt think he is on some type of steroid. Like i said he didnt accuse him directly but he might as well have -

"take the test if youre clean"

"no test, no fight"
