I only see 3 of the fights you are talking about, and since a guy close to the Williams camp at ESB said Paul wants to get back to 147, I see the fights being either

Martinez (rematch)
Mosley @ 147 for title
Cotto (only) @ 154 for title

I'd personally like him to stay at middleweight. I really do think all this back and forth between weight classes will start effecting him. So i'd like to see him fight Martinez again or Felix Sturm.
