            LMAO at those comments " He looks slow", I've heard that on every Cotto training video. Cotto probably looked slow when he came out of his mother's vagina too.

                Cotto trains at a very slow pace, people seem to forget that. I also train at a slow pace, it helps coordination.

                  it ok if you're with a new trainer or learning a new combo, but cotto should train with more intensity. just look at how mayweather goes at training.
