Shane Mosely, beat NSAC policies, not WADA's.

The MLB has never employed random blood test, but wish to do so starting this season with their minor league system.

Boxers are subject to whichever commission rules their fight is located at. Not WADA policies.

Thats the world we live in bud , Floyds star power combined with Manny is what blew the lid of this and put in the big time spotlight , the little man has never been much of voice in this world lots have called for better testing over the years around the gyms , point is its a real good thing , they wont bring it in to every fight but thats idiocy anyway , the bigger the prize the more the chance of cheating so it will probably go something like any fighter can be randomly tested while he is licensed to fight , the main testing will focus on WT fights , fighters are starting to think this is good I dont want PEDS used against me , like Green and Ward , AA has it in his contracts ,,,,, its a good thing and Manny should get of his high horse and think about the sport , OST is good for boxing .
