Floyd gets the benefit of doubt for actually compromising and trying to meet Manny's camp half way on the 24 day's cut off on the other hand Manny's people were so quick to walk away from the fight and announce another opponent venue and date of the fight. almost like they don't want anything to do with extra testing hell they even have Marg lined up right now "in case"
