Well yeah. Rather than people hating on Mayweather for demanding the tests, why don't they turn their attention towards the commissions who should adopt them?

if people really wanted to clean up the sport, they would criticize the commission. not the fighter who abides its rules.

floyd has every right to ask for stricter testing (if he's scared and all) but manny has every right to refuse it as long as it is not required.
