Why does every fighter say they will take all the tests Floyd wants up to the fight

Cotto said he would take them.
Berto said he would take them.
Mosley took them.
Martinez said he would gladly take them up to the day of the fight.
Malignaggi said he has nothing to hide and would take them.
Bradley said he has no problem taking OST's up to the fight.

All the Elite fighters have no problem taking the Olympic Style Drug tests up to the fight. Why is Pacquiao not in this list? Why does he refuse to take the tests up to the day of the fight like all of these other fighters?

More and more people are wondering why Pacquiao wont take the tests

Hopefully this will alert him that his credibility will take a big blow if he continues to refuse OSDT. Especially since so many other fighters approve of it. Hopefully Manny will realise this and he will take the tests and give us the fight we all want to see

Pac is like a boss Kev and doesn't have to do anything he doesn't want to since he is on top of the sport, thats why.

Floyd can ass **** all of these other guys in the negotiations but Pac is a dangerous inmate in the yard that you don't wanna try that with.

Pretty much. When you're at the top of the game, why should you have to submit to someone else's demands? Would Floyd take 60/40 in favor of Pacquiao? Would he agree to fight at 144 if they demanded? Obviously not and he shouldn't have to in his own mind.

Same question again and again.
From what I can see there's two main reasons:

- Pacquiao has no reason to get pushed around by Mayweather, there's no reason for Mayweather to decide the terms of the fight.
- Perhaps Pacquiao is on something and is afraid to get caught.

All the stuff with him getting weak and him being superficial is all B/S. That's why they threw around with random excuses in the beginning, they couldn't find a proper excuse and reason to stick with.. Now they have one, if it's proper.. That's up to the individual.
