Its a step up for Canelo this aint cuz im a big fan of Marga but Garcia is a tough **** with huge power and isnt discouraged easily but his lack of speed is a big handicap it would be in my opinion a step up from Cotto but if Canelo were to win he wouldnt be too far off a world title shot

never seen canelo fight, i've just read about him. i've read he dont have that good a chin and cotto rocked him a few times. i saw garcia and he has massive power made marga*** run for the 1st time in his career. how do you see this fight coming out?

Robert has the momentum going for him after a great showing with Margarito. This is the time to take this fight with Canelo. Not only has the world been exposed to La Amenaza, but taking on a well named opponent (who is not in the same caliber as a top 3 fighter as Margo was), and beating him will propelle Robert even further. Lets be honest, Margo doesnt want a rematch with Robert for the simple fact that 1. Robert made Margarito run. 2. Robert walked thru every punch margo thru. and C. Margo fears Roberts power and his heart! This is Roberts time to shine and I hope his promoters see that this wud be not only wise, but the best opportunity to showcase Robert again in front of the world. I was not impressed at all with Canelo ( who my white friend thought was Irish cuz of the red hair! HAHAHAHA) He has a very weak chin and was almost dropped on the Mayweather undercard. Make it happen! Robert is hungry! Amenaza Time!

No i think his chin is pretty good Cotto caught him flush with a huge shot recovered well.In fairness now Margarito was trying to bring in boxing to his game and also put on pressure if Margarito wasnt so ring rusty and engaged more with Garcia Margarito would have run Garcia out of there.I see Alvarez winning a good hard decision with a few shaky moments

we know that Garcia can take a hell of a shot, is strong, and won't stop coming. He's never been knocked out and its not like Margo didn't try. Jose Miguel Cotto don't carry that much power, isn't fast and not very strong. Can Canelo handle Garcia's power? either way we are in for a all action fight hope this one is made, maybe on the Chavez-Duddy PPV..... wud be nice and a better fight than the main event that's for sure

wud be a very good co -main event, a lot of action and it might steal the show from the main event. Chavey-Duddy is kinda of a dud main event

I've been watching some youtube videos of both Amenaza and Canelo. I have to agree this would be quite a big step up for Canelo. Amenaza is a strong power puncher and if Canelo gets careless in this fight he will be going nite nite!
