If Floyd fights to keep Manny on the outside I really do not know how Manny would overcome that and win. Floyd fights in different ways against different guys but I would have to suspect he would take advantage of his length using that to bother Manny constantly.

Floyd can get rocked until he gets the others guys range figured out but once he knows the range the other guys needs he never lets them get that real estate be it to the inside or outside.

Greater range with great timing is a devestating combo.

I think Roach mixed up about a couple of things. First, I voted "yes" in response to this poll, precisely because Floyd Mayweather was "hittable" in the sense that he stood his ground against Shane. Will Floyd fight that way against Manny? I doubt it. Should he? Probably not.

Roach is used to only being able to see one thing out of a fighter. His pride and joy, Manny Pacquiao, can only fight one way. Roach is not used to fighters who have multiple ways to win. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Floyd stopped Pacquaio, to be honest.

Mayweather stood in front of Mosely for 12 rounds and Shane was only able to hit him solid three or four times the entire fight, now all of a sudden Mayweather is easy to hit?
