If Wlad can beat someone close to his level (in other words not fighters like Castillo) then he'll get his title shot. Until then I don't feel sorry for him, even if he is getting screwed in the rankings.

W.K. is such a strange fighter... in terms of offensive capabilities, he's easily the best boxer in the heavyweight division. A big man, strong, powerful, incredibly fast, well-balanced... but add to this his weak chin and his weak heart and you've got a deeply flawed boxer.

Just because you hate on K-Os doesn't mean Wlad doesn't deserve a title shot.. you're being Biased

Both Wlad and TOS lost 2 of their last 6 but TOS beat a Top 10 and a Top 15 fighter in his last 2. Wlad beat Eliseo Castillo who was barely in the Top 50. If anyone deserves a title shot its Monte Barret ... who won 9 of his last 10 ... against multiple fringe ranked guys including 2 prospects and he has a stoppage win in a legitimate WBC and IBF title eliminator.

Who of these guys deserved a shot more than Wladimir?

Two other recent potential opponents for Chris Byrd were Serguei Lyakhovich and DaVarryl Williamson.

Out of Byrd's three title defenses and his potential opponents, none of them have the credentials of Wladimir Klitschko. Wlad is the only former world champion (and he had several title defenses), Wlad is the only gold medallist, and Wlad was the only one to formerly beat Byrd.

Include that with the findings of the ABC, and no one deserves a shot more than Wladimir.
