    It's Henry Grooms, a manager and trainer from Michigan.

    I don't know to what extent he influenced the Mayweather style though.

      Jesse Reid trained Roger Mayweather but Roger said he learned his defense from his brother Floyd. Watch the Pazienza fight to see him use the shoulder roll to great effect.

                      Rog legs wasn't as good as Jr. Wasn't faster nor slicker. So I gotta disagree with just the discipline part
