    Victor Ortiz

Do you guys think this is do or die for Victor Ortiz? I feel if he does not win sat he will fade away and be a stepping stone. He needs to win but win big by KO or put on a boxing clinic!

if he puts in a geat performance and still loses then id say no,he still does have a future in boxing but if he quits again and gets kod under 6 then he will become a stepping stone

It is the big test for Ortiz. After the Maidana fight his stock dropped and Golden Boy surely must have questioned if they backed the wrong investment.
This should show us what to expect and whether or not Ortiz has chosen the profession.

This is not a walkover for Ortiz and if he loses it is going to be very difficult to recover any semblance of credibility. He needs to win and win well for the next 3 fights to get the status he had before he lost to Maidana.
If he were to lose on Saturday how he loses will be very important. If he quits again it is pretty well all over but if he fights hard and loses a decision it won't be the end of the world.

Ortiz will land as many as bradley but he will hurt campbell more...I don't feel like this will be competitive amd I think people are deluded thinking naye will KO Ortiz...but I hope Ortiz gets another gut check...I hope Ortiz gets cut and hurt and manages to continue with a win in under 8 rounds...but I know its gonna be a one sided fight or it will go the same dirrection as may vs mosley went...

Ortiz seems like a nice guy, people can chat **** all they want about him quitting but he took some monster shots, and we as fans don't know what it feels like to be punished like that.

He'll probably regret that decision for the rest of his life, but he's still young and has the tools to be a top, top fighter. I wish him all the best.
