Lacy v Reid in Aug. If Lacy wins then there's talk of Calzaghe in Nov/Dec.

Hatton says he wants to fight again towards the end of the year.

September 17 is Barrera vs. Peden....

Vitali vs. either Rock/Barrett/Toney/Frickin Maskaev on Sept 24....

I think Erik Morales has a September date with HBO already locked in, possibly vs. Chico, or Chico fights the rematch with JLC, or maybe none of the above

July 30 Christy Martin vs. Lucia Rijker with Jorge Arce, Kelly Pavlik, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. on the undercard - Showtime PPV

August 6 Jeff Lacy vs. Robin Reid, Showtime

August 13 Julio Cesar Chavez Sr. vs. TBA & Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. vs. TBA is listed on Boxrec; no TV announced

August 13 Hasim Rahman vs. Monte Barrett, Ricardo Mayorga vs. Michele Piccirillo, Luis Collazo vs. Miguel Angel Gonzalez, Alejandro Garcia vs. Luca Messi, Owen Beck vs. Sergei Lyakhovich, Andrew Golota vs. Przemyslaw Saleta has been anonounced; no TV announced yet - I'm guessing this is a DKP PPV, but it's not up on the HBO or Showtime website yet - could be an HBO card with just Rahman and Mayorga, I guess...

August 20 Fernando Vargas vs. Javier Castillejo & In-Jin Chi vs. Rocky Juarez, HBO

haha when I first saw that I read it too fast and thought for a second that Julio was going to be fighting his son. ****, that might be pretty interesting.

The Lacy - Reid fight could be a good one, especially for those that are looking for Lacy to be exposed...it might happen.

Looks like things will be a bit drier later in the summer, though there's enough to keep things interesting, and the fall looks promising.

Taylor should fight Winky Wright or Felix Sturm. He will have to fight Sturm as a mandatory eventually anyway. That is assuming he keeps the titles together.
