Will any negotiations with Team Klitschko be continued if the latter isn’t ready to follow WADA Standards? What is the IBF’s opinion about this problem?

Boxing has excellent testing if they are unhappy they can make their own boxing world russian federation.Wlad and the other fighters are already clean,they don't need to prove anything else when there is already doping tests.
