Most fighters do. The green belt is the most prestigious of them all. Ali and JC Chavez wore that belt.

WBC merged with the NYSAC in the 60's I think. NYSAC is the oldest sanctioning body.

WBC I believe IS NOT the oldest belt..I believe the oldest is WBA..
Floyd holds the WBC with more significance because the names that carried the belt..
