Just wanted to quote you so when Floyd beats him easily you wont say Martinez wasnt himself or something like that.

Martinez beat slow one dimensional ass Pavlik and lost a close fight to a flawed Paul Williams...nothing that would make me think he could beat Floyd...

Martinez has never fought anyone like Floyd...

No point in doing a "Pac" on it.........
Martinez has both the WBO/ WBC titles at 160, Martinez is a really small MW.

Pac is the greatest threat because he cannot be bought by Floyd. The rest are desperate for money and will do anything just to fight Floyd for big payday.

Still though Floyd has never entered the waters of 160 yet,
He could lose alot of speed and he aint that powerful at 147 imagine what he would be like at 160?
I think Floyd going to 160 is a bad idea

It seems obvious Sergio's slickness would disappear against Mayweather. It's one thing to outbox Kelly Pavlik, something completely different to outbox Mayweather. Martinez's only chance would be his size advantage, which will keep this fight from ever happening in reality.

Pac-Mayweather, on the other hand, is a complete toss-up imo...

That is the only reason Martinez is seen as a possible opponent for Mayweather. During the Mayweather-Mosley post fight someone in the press asked Mayweather "What do you think about facing Martinez at 160, he's a small MW....would you want to add that cherry on top of your career?". Mayweather said "I've thought about it, it's possible". Keep in mind, Martinez is a really small MW and Mayweather will weigh in at 155. He'll probably enter the ring at around 154-155.

I remember Mayweather saying that but don't remember the weight being mentioned.......
                    Maybe I'm wrong.
I would like to see Floyd clean up at 154 though before he goes to 160,
He has beaten the number one at 147 and Pac don't wanna take the tests,
I don't really see anybody else worth fighting......
                    Cotto at 154 maybe?

I don't know about Cotto. If anything he should look to face a southpaw since all his possible opponents are southpaws, Paul Williams, Martinez and Pacquiao. So maybe Collazo or Cory Spinks to stay busy, incase nothing materializes against the 3.
