Martinez is a hard fight for anyone at any weight! Mayweather's best chance of beating him is at 154lbs or a catch weight below 160lbs. I know Mayweather beat De la hoya at 154lb but that was his only fight at that weight, he hasnt really proved that he can dominate at 154lbs.

mayweather has grown into to a good sized ww.....fighting martinez at 154 wouldn't be a issue for him. martinez has never had to deal with someone with handspeed, reflexes or defense like floyd. pac at 147 would be a harder fight for floyd. floyd ud's martinez at 154.
