Every time the testing is brought up, they always mention how they will abide by the boxing commision and not Floyd.

They wont add it because it's to expensive for 90% of the fights that take place in the sport. The testing costs somwhere around 20,000$ the majority of fighter make nowhere near that ammount of money when they fight and do you really think that the comissions or promoters are gonna shell out that money? *** no!!!
