I picked Martinez, but I also want to see him face Berto though as well....

      Manny St.George Pacquiao.
See Brother Richardson when he dubbed Floyd "the dragon".

Most would prefer a Mayweather vs Fanny fight but it's highly unlikely at this point.

This is a thread to think about another good challenge.

Williams and Martinez are the only two with a chance of beating Floyd.

Be hilarious seeing Floyd try to hide from the Punisher for 12 rounds.

I disagree Berto is young and has good speed he has chance.
Vanes is a big JWW and looks like a solid challenge.
Williams is the biggest challenge because he throws all night long. But his punches don't have a lot of power and he has no defense.
Martinez would be a great chess match but casual fans would probably get bored.

            Berto struggled with Collazo FFS.

            Vanes is an untested prospect.

Both would simply be resume fillers at this point, looking good to a boxrec warrior, nothing else.

Wait, did you just say Williams has no power? Wow, just wow.

Berto was about to fight Mosley why not have him continue to step up and fight Mayweather?

Vanes has a lot of physical advantages and I've watched some of his youtube highlights he's a beast.

None of those guys will give Floyd the payday that a Manny fight will. Floyd-Shane would look like chump change if this mega fight happens. I seriously doubt anyone other than Cotto can net him 40 mil. None of those matches are even bigger than Floyd-Shane. Plus, Floyd only fights big name fights. Only Cotto has a big name on that list and he's shot.

Floyd ain't a dummy like most of his fans. Why risk losing a fight he doesn't need? None of those guys do anything for his career. His career is already solidified. Now, if he wants an even greater legacy, he needs to beat Manny.

He throws a lot but many of those are not stiff shots. He's not a 1 shot KO artist.

Agreed but the guy doesn't want to ensure a PED free fight.

Pacquiao loves politics....makes sense because he is a good liar with heaps of excuses for the public..
