This has always ammused me, I'll tell you why.

1. Pac is above susspition, why?
_He's catholic and fears God
(so priest who touch boys aren't ?)
2. He's never tested pos.
_Nethier did Shane, but he juiced.
3. He has no lnks to roids
_ Freddy does (James Toney)
4. Manny don't know what roids are.
Well how can he know he ain't on um?

This is a lame excuse, and its one of many that these idiots use. Its started with the "weak" excuse". Then it went to "Let the commish do their jobs". Then it was "itl dissrupt heavy training". Then its "Floyd don't make the rules". Then its "we won't be bullied". Then its "we'll do it with a cut off (blackout period)".

The only tests he's required to do are the ones conducted by the NSAC.

Everything else is optional.
