Name that knockout. Please help me out

Ok i need 2 knockout recounts. I need the experts to tell me who it was. Please.

1) I think it was Julian Jackson. Anywho a boxer punches another boxer and then points his glove to the canvas, Where like magic the other boxer just drops. It was an awesome sight. Who where the fighters?

2) A fight , maybe on USA. One boxer is getting beat up the referee goes to stop the fight. The boxer in desperation swings a haymaker and knocks the other guy out as the ref steps in front of him. So even though he knocked him out he loses the fight. Who was it?
