Manny fans

A friend called me today and says "if you go to the mayweather - pac fight, i want to go so i can seen manny beat floyd up"
So i begin talking with him about boxing and the more and more i speak to hiim i realize he doesnt know anything about boxing, but he swears that manny will beat floyd, he says he hasnt seen any of floyds fights but has seen the last 3 manny fights and is positive floyd has no chance of beating manny..

at this point i realized what so many folks on this site say about manny fans, they dont know anything about boxing.. its really amazing.. I never post on here, I usually just "lurk" but i had to post this.

I think manny is an exciting fighter, i have been to his last 2 fights, he is a very good boxer, but he has nothing on floyd's boxing intelligence.

I dont think he last 8 rounds with floyd..

they think they are better than any boxing fans just because they support a defensive-boxer style.

also, manny could beat floyd cause he's a southpaw, a volume puncher, and has ko power. a nightmare for orthodox defensive fighters.

What you described in you first post is a casual boxing fan, who like Pac's entertaining aggressive style. Don't confuse casual fans with hardcore fans.
