nope read my above post, i mean gatti has a chance imo if he trains on his hooks and forgets the jab..mayweathers not used to being attacked like gatti attacks, gatti brings the drama regardless of whether or not his opponent got respect early

          Floyd 5 biggest wins IMO:
          Genaro Hernandez (2-time champ)
          Jesus Chavez (former champ)
          Chico Corrales (3-time champ)
          Demarcus Corley (former champ)
          Carlos Hernandez (former champ)

Now let's see what Gatti has done since '98....

          Terronn Millett (former beltholder)
          Mickey Ward (club fighter)
          Gianluca Branco (who?)
Leonard Dorin (f.c., decent at 135, lousy at 140)
James Leija (f.c., blown up 130 pounder)

since Gatti hasn't beaten a quality opponent in well over 7 years, can some of the Gatti fans explain to me why you think he's gonna beat a top P4P fighter on Saturday? Thanks I appreciate the feedback....

Dorin(5'4) and Leija(5'5) were too small, too old,and not big punchers at 140 when Gatti dominated them.

Mayweather's best wins are head and shoulders above Gatti's best wins. All you have to say is Castillo and Corrales, and that'l beat all of Gatti best wins combined, lol.

Gatti has a chance just like every fighter has a chance of winning a fight but Mayweather will turn back Gatti's challenge. The only way I give Gatti a shot is by bringing pressure and roughing Mayweather up. The thing about that is Mayweather has killed every fighter like that with the exception of one which is Castillo who is better on the inside than Gatti. If anybody thinks Mayweather can't hurt Gatti then I think they are seriously mistaken. He isn't a big puncher but those punches are going to hurt when Gatti keeps walking into them. Like I have said in previous posts Mayweather will slice Gatti up.

How can you call yourself a boxing fan. Nothing is impossible in this sport. Some of the most incredible upsets happened in boxing. Yes it is VERY UNLIKELY Gatti will beat Littleboy Floy but that doesn't mean it impossible. Anyone who enters that ring has a chance to beat anyone else who enters that ring no matter how good you or your oppenent is. As much as i want Gatti to knock floyd head off, i know i will be vary tuff b/c floyd is prolly the best skilled boxer next to hopkins and maby winky.

True. Considering Gatti's punching power and the difference in size, it is not impossible at all. I give Gatti a better chance than most people I believe. I think Floyd's speed will just be too much though....

And don't put too much stock in this Floyd's best 5 VS. Gatti's best 5 excercise. Need I remind everyone of Tszyu - Hatton?
