If Margarito rematches Shane, and wins,

Yes Margarito should get credit for beating Mosley in a rematch. For him to beat Mosely he would have to revamp his style and overcome the mind **** of facing the person who KO'd him. Mosely is no longer part of the elite, but he's still a dangerous fighter with lots of experience and KO power.Comment

I used to think Margarito would beat Shane in a rematch (since he seemed weight drained against Mosley), but after watching him on Saturday I realized he is done. Margarito should not be fighting anymore; he is a lot slower than he was before (is that possible?) and at 154 he has no power. Should he face a top 154 fighter, he will get destroyed.Comment

yet people support mosley among many other "cheaters" in sports. u don't think mosley using PED helped him be stronger and be in better condition, which equals in greater pain for his opponents?Comment

and there is it.
Most people can't even discuss a simple matter without getting emotional, so they have to bring up **** that has been discussed thousands of times already.
We know he was caught doing something that wasn't right. Fine. We get that.
Thats not the issue here though,
I asked a simple question,
If Margarito was to rematch Shane and win, does he get credit?
I think most don't want to truthfully answer and say no. They don't want to answer because then they'll have to remember that Shane is 38.
If they don't give Margarito credit, they'll have to renounce the credit gave to another fighter who just beat Shane.Comment

you make a good point with 1 although i would be shocked if he wasn't reinstated soon. But for 2 i disagree. Being a floyd fan yo should know that money talks and we all know mosley has been desperate for money. and fighting margarito honestly makes him more money than any other fight out there...Comment
