Floyd gave Oscar everything and Oscar made all the decision. Floyd had no say in weight class, glove size/brand, judges, location, etc.

People forget Floyd did good numbers before he became a star and he didn't need the help of Mexican fighters to sell PPVs. How much did Pac sell before he became a star without fighting Mexicans? lol.

I'm a floyd fan, but didn't he say "Shane is not a ppv attraction". As to why he wasn't fighting Sugar Shane.
