Floyd dad was made good money as a pro boxer. Not only that but was also a drug dealer after he retired. Like Floyd said "I use to watch my dad pull out stacks of money". Floyd was far from poor and actually grew up in the surburbs (grand rapids michigan).

From what I've heard, Floyd grew up working class.

Manny grew up in extreme poverty, third-world poor.

Floyd Sr and Roger were both boxing but they didnt have anywhere near as much money as they have now. Plus Floyd didnt have a stable home so he didnt grow up in great circumstances. But obviously Pacquiao's upbringing was more serious because he was raised in a poor environment
