Pacquiao has passed his high school equivalency and went to Notre Dame at Dadiangas University. Granted they were for business classes but his opponent was also a businessman who happens to be in a politically powerful family.


Btw I wouldn't have voted for Pac, but I know he has good intentions. And this is only the Sarangani Province, not the country. He already lost an election in another province 3 years ago.

Do you even know what a congressman does?If he really wants to help the people he should've run for mayor or Vice Mayor w/c is an executive position not a legislative position.It only shows two things.

like I said earlier he run for a legislative position yet his intetions are far suited for an executive position if he really wants to help the people of Saranggani he shoud've run for Mayor because he will be in that town for the majority of his time as oppose to being congressman where he would spend most of his time in the Congress hall arguing w/ those scums.
