Yumm doesn't have to supply a copy of the contract to prove that K2 tried to tie Haye into a deal that included a 3-fight rematch clause against each brother. It was well documented, and never refuted by K2.

Why should he? Didn't he say that he wants to unify all belts? So, he needs to fight Wlad for 2 of 4 belts. And a rematch clause is nothing but regular in world championship fights, right? So, Haye and Wlad 'de facto' sign a contract for two fights. Even if Haye (theoretically) wins both fights, he needs to fight Vitali to get the last belt - and here is the thrid fight. Only this way Hay can get all the belts. That's what he wants, and he said it very loud and proud. And 3-fights-both-brothers-contract is a garantee for that. So what's the problem? I mean - any problem other than Haye having a reasonable fear of being destroyed by Klitschkos?
