How come Floyd isn't being tested according to OST standards?

Dude, we don't know whether he is being tested or not...it's random right?So there are no specific dates...for all we know they have not tested him yet.

But I don't believe it is required for athletes to report specific test dates to the public. Show me proof were it states that they are required to disclose this information to the public until then neither you or I know if he hes being tested...you can't say for sure that he is not being tested just like I can't say for sure he is. E-mail or call the USADA for that info, I don't think anyone here can really help you with that specific info.
