I don't understand how he gained all that momentum to fly
through the ropes like that when tying up with Williams.
Paul fell down and Cintron flew through the ropes like he
knew exactly how to get through it without touching them?
How do you do something like that without knowing? You
would think that he would have hit the ropes and stayed in
the ring. I don't know what's up with Cintron. dude seems
like a head case. He acted like Paul spun him around 5 times
and threw him.

Doc asked him could he continue because Cintron layed there like he was dead. Cintron said "no" twice.

So the doc called it off.

Cintron said he was winded so maybe he felt he could not have continued or maybe the doctor felt his lack of response was a sign he couldnt continue. Under the rules, he should've been given time.
