    Sheika

Hats off to the guy.He is a warrior. He took Lacy's best shots and kept coming. His speed was better ,as he got off more shots, but just not enough power to take the Title.Great fight

i was seriously impressed by Sheika's courage but he was holding like nothing else the entire second half of the fight.

Agreed I haven't seen O. Sheika fight that well ever. I remember thinking that he was gonna be a real force back when I first saw him fight, he was just plowing thru people then his defense got exposed and I definately thought he was finished after he lost to Lucas. I hope he gets more fights on tv as a result of this showing tonight cause that was def. a fight of the year candidate!

Well done to Sheika. Hopefully this will serve as a bit of a reality-check for the Lacy diehards.

what "reality-check?" Lacy dominated the last 5 rounds. The only reason Sheika gets credit is he didn't go down and "tried" to return punches.

Not necessarily you, but some of the others who claim he'd ktfo Calzaghe in 6. Sheika's chin's not the greatest so it doesn't put Lacy in a particulary good light, especially as he's supposed to be about power. All I'm saying is that he needs more time - he's not there yet as some claim. If he fought Calzaghe now, he would lose quite badly IMO.

I agree, there is far to much pressure on Lacy to be elite already, he hasnt even had 20 pro fights!

The guys a good talent but he's far from ready for the big fights, the more experience Lacy gains now, the more likely he'll be ready when the time come to step it up!!

Boxings a working progress, you cant become a superstar overnight!!
