RJJ deserved his..he dominated during his reign..and his skill was unmatched..Pac did not deserve it..he did not dominate..and he is not as good as Floyd whatsoever..to compare RJJ FOTD and Pacs is a disgrace..

FOTY and FOTD does not go to has more skilled. Because, honestly was not the most skilled fighter in the 90's. Ricardo Lopes was the best fighter in the 90's if we are going by skill. But, of course he didn't deserve it cuz he didn't achieve what Roy achieve he didn't fight the type of level comp that Roy fought.

Skill wise Floyd is better. But, Pac achieved more during the whole decade that made him deserve the award.

this post right here has ******ity written all over it. awards, accolades, citations, etc. are given based on what you have done and not about what you can do. true floyd's skills is better but pac has accomplished more. typical floyd fans like you are always pointing out skills in their arguments but skills can only be relevant if you can turn it into good accomplishments. i'm not saying floyd's accomplishement is not good, in fact it is very good, it just so happened that pac has accomplished more. a less-skilled fighter who has done more than the better-skilled is more than commendable. pac deserved the FOTD and it doesn't matter how you try to twist it.

And how did Floyd dominate in this decade? By fighting girls? Great skills no doubt but he didn't put it to the test, not his fault tho....there weren't many HOF in his division. If there was, would he fight them? You literally have to drag him to fight Mosley.
