okay heres my answer to that sorry took so while i got other job to do than just explaining to u guys...
doesnt need any commision to do that dicision coz its a dang aggrement for both fighters to have an even or fair fight...
would u fight floyd if u were 145 and his 150? maybe u do for $40 million u wouldnt care if he'll whoop ur arse just for u to get that money like marquez did...
was that one of the Nevada rule that there shouldnt be a weight penalty rule?
mayweather been proven to cheat the weigh in.. thats the reason why they ask for that so it wont happen again...
on mannys side they dont have a facking proof to even make that ****** blood testing rule...
