The Philippines have seen its fair share of educated and non-educated politicians with the same result, corruptions.
Manny's situation is a bit different, he would be one of the few who got into politics rich already and not looking to get rich policing a region.
He has great intentions, he can hire smart advisers to fill in the blanks.
