Floyd may beat Paul, but my opinion of that fight and Paul himself is that due his style, he will get hit, but can you keep up with what he is throwing? That's why he would beat Mayweather, IMO. You have to keep up with his workrate, or you lose a close fight, like Martinez did.

Mayweather couldn't make Williams "look like Corrales". Williams himself could do that. All he has to do is what Corrales did; try to take off impossible weight, by starving himself almost to death, spend all his training time either in a sweatbox or in his room playing with his Gameboy and not training, get embroiled with the law and be sentenced to 2 years in jail, to begin just after the fight, become desperate for money to pay lawyers fees, and accept an impossible weight restriction, become so weak and dehydrated that he sinks to the canvas every time he's tapped on the chin........and more.

Corrales did all that, he KNEW he couldn't win, but NEEDED the money. Williams'd need to do all this too, BUT, would he??

The first 3 1/2 rounds were close and it was obvious at the start of the 4th that Williams was starting to put on the pressure.

How can anyone instantly decide that Cintron was gonna win after only 3 1/2 rounds of action.

I've thought this since quintana worked him in the first fight. the issue is actually making it happen. i know williams is no draw, but you don't think people would atcually watch it if they said floyd is fighting a 6-3 welterweight?

lmao, u make it seem liek sum kinda freak show. i think that fight is just too hard to market. and its def not happening this year. that cintron fight hurt p will more than it hepled him.
