Some of you need to think objectively..

The guy wanted Margarito twice and was legititmately knocked out out by Sergio Martinez yet still wanted to fight..He was outboxing PW and landing some good bombs on him but yet on a whim he decides he wants to leap out of the ring to ***** out? Doesnt make sense...That fall was partly PW was fault..Hes big, awkward and clumsy...He was falling all over the place in the Martinez fight aswell..

I can't even give him the benefit of the doubt because his mentally weak track record speaks for itself.

1 - I don't fault him for crying after his first loss against Margarito, but I do for crumbling like stale bread when the fight was still pretty close and it was just the 5th-6th round.

2 - As soon as Margarito was overwhelming him in the rematch, he would turn his back and head to him and whine to the ref about getting rabbit punched.

3 - He got dropped against Martinez and got up at the count of 9-10 when the fight had been stopped. He looked exactly like those journeymen that don't want to fight anymore, so they get up at 10 and complain to the ref, but he complained and whined as if he was actually right.
Exactly man. All that there is left is that, hopefully Paul vs. Cintron II isn't a main event. I wouldn't gamble on that. Something always comes up with Cintron.

IF HE CLAIMS HE COULD HAVE CONTINUED HE SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN RIGHT THE **** UP, CLIMBED ONTO THE RING & CONTINUED FIGHTING.

Joel Casamayor got knocked down through the ropes, but he got the **** up & proceeded to KTFO michael katsidis.

        But what did kermit do?

Instead he laid on the ground as if lee harvey oswald, the 2 grassy knoll shooters, & the guy in the sewer just JFK'D his ass.

When did he say he could continue? After they put his greg louganis diving ass on the stretcher or the ambulance?

If he could have continued fighting, after faking the severity of his injury he should have gotten up to show he was ok a couple minutes later after falling gently to the ground like a good european soccer player would. Instead he went robert deniro full method actor on us & the doctors had no choice but to award him best actor & take his injuries seriously & prevent him from fighting.

He deserved to lose this fight on the cards & the indignity & embarrassment that comes along with his actions.
if you were watching in the least bit you will have noticed they held him down, he was talking up to them but they held him down in fear that maybe it was a spinal thing. you ever see a person take a traumatic fall? they don't move them they leave them on the floor and don't chance it regardless what the victim is saying verbally, it could be adrenaline or whatever so they don't take much consideration in what he's saying they leave him place. he didn't spring up right away because he couldn't right away because the wind was knocked out of him in an awful way. him being on the floor made the medics think it was spinal which therefore made them hold him down. it's not like you heard EVERYTHING that Kermit was saying, for all you REALLY know he could have been begging to fight and they told him to stay down..

say it was something spinal right and he DOES do what you said and got up then ended up on some Darren Drozdov (Former WWF Wrestler who was paralyzed) **** and couldn't walk again would you still be saying the same ****? you'll probably respect him for showing heart and getting up but now he's bed bound. these are human being mans they not cartoons some of y'all need to remember that this is a dangerous sport and can be fatal/life threatening

Exactly dtmb. He laid perfectly still for minutes after gently rolling off the table he didnt get animated unitl he was being strapped on the stretcher. Then he started beating up the ambulance once he lost.

He was moving his legs quite a bit, something that would be harder with a spinal injury I think.
I think the point is, he fell out and shouldve just got straight back up, if he claimed to be ok.. if he couldn't move or felt really injured he wouldn't b sayin 'i wanna continue' he'd be saying '*** I can't feel my arms/legs'..IMO he needed to man up and do what good old jack Dempsey done! :P

Wow! I guess this is why Kermit Cintron acts the way he does... for docile people like you who will believe anything.

your whole premise is based on "what if" cintron was hurt. he wasn't hurt. that's the part you need to understand. he knew he wasn't hurt while he was jumping out of the ring. he also knew he wasn't hurt while he was on the ground.

the paramedics held him down because of the way he was grabbing himself. he initially grabed his leg as if it was hurt. then he started grabbing his neck area. kermit pulled a fast one and surprisingly a few people have falled sucker for it.

all you have to do is watch the replays to realize there was NO INJURY whatsoever. so all the what if talk is meaningless. if kermit wanted to fight, the fight would have continued.

he didn't become hostile until they rolled him over on his back and strapped him in. that's when he started screaming "i wanna fight". lmaoooooooooooooooooo!

i'm from the street and i know a ***** when i see one.
