Be real here there was no reason for him to pull out of that fight, if anything the way the fight progressed shouldve given him a lot more confidence

Im not a fan of both guys but Cintron really got screwed from what I saw, even the Goossen people kind of admit it

Dude didn't even try to get back to his feet though, that's what I don't understand. We've all been winded, it ain't that bad.

He saw an easy way out.

A full days pay for 3.5 rounds work.

And he assumed that if it went to the cards he would win.

        To summarize, hes a b$tch.

I don't think he's totally at fault here. I think a lot of us can agree that he was boxing Paul Williams real well and won at least 3 of the 4 rounds. When a doctor is telling you to stay on the ground, kind of ridiculous.

If I was a pro, I'd stay the hell out of CA.

In 10 years of playing football, basketball, wrestling, boxing, rugby etc etc I have seen countless people have the wind knocked out of them.

Not a single time has one of them laid on the ground on their face motionless for an extended period of time.

I also cannot remember a single time the person who had the wind knocked out of him did not return to the game... in any sport... on any level.

Better safe then sorry, he lives to fight another day.

If he hadn't hit that monitor on his way down, it would be a completely different story.

NObody robbed Cintron but himself, saying that bull**** I can't breathe line to the doctors and laying on the ground motionless instead of trying to get up and show that he wanted to continue to fight.

He acted like a ***** and got burned.

He said Williams was hurt and tried to hold on. No. The two got cuaght up when Williams ducked Cintron's right hand. Williams fell off balance, and Kermit flew through the ropes. I've watched the replay in slow motion 20x he, Cintron, didn't hit his head like I previously thought. He infact hit his right hip on the monitor, and apperead to have NOT taken much of a fall at all. It baffles me as to how that fall could've inflicted the damage needed to stop the fight. I know the doc where acting in a precautionary factor. I know it's standard procedure BUT he didn't hurt his head/neck. He landed on a table for gods sakes.
