Margarito is not Plan B. He is Plan A. Pac will not fight Mayweather because he will not give up his only chance to win - the bloodletting he does while training or the PEDs or whatever it is he is doing. Pac says he will do whatever the Commission says. However, if the Nevada Athletic Commission decides to implement a random testing program (and it looks like they will) Pac will refuse to fight unless the fight is in Texas. When that happens, there won't be any question that he is cheating.

The point your missing is that, no one is accusing
Manny of anything as far as US fans are concerned.
Manny is making himself look guilty. All we want is
the fight to happen. Mosley took the test with no
problem, so why is it such a problem for Manny to
agree to the cut off and take the tests if he really
wants to make the fight with Floyd happen? Maybe
he is or isn't on PED's because frankly WE don't know
BUT all of his excuses makes him look guilty or scared
to make the fight with Floyd happen. Floyd agreed to
10MIL for every LB over 147 so why can't Manny agree
to the tests and cut off date considering he want to do
24 days? This guy (Pac) is talking about Mayweather is
bigger so he will have an advantage if blood is drawn
because he is smaller? Hate to break it to you BUT

already considered the #1 WW, so if Pac fights Margarito
and not Floyd then his rep will be tarnished because

won't go down is because Pac is scared to give blood. What

Let's be honest now, this is plan A for Arum.

Arum is going to pull the same **** with Pac that he pulled with Cotto when it comes to Floyd. When Floyd wanted the Cotto fight and Arum had the chance to put Cotto in the ring with Floyd at 140, he refused. Later, at 147 when Floyd was no longer interested in dealing with Arum and any of his fighters, he claimed he was dodging Cotto. He is refusing to put Pac in the ring with Mayweather right now. A year from now, when Arum and Pac finally decide they are willing to negotiate fairly, Floyd may no longer be interested.
